Just a Silly Prayer?

A Prayer for the Wiggles!
To many people in the world today
This might sound really simple,
And I may just seem like a ninny.
But here I go anyways---
Thank You Lord For the Wiggles,
And for our hearty laughter and giggles.
Thank You for my own little one,
And that sometimes we can just be silly.
Thank You for dvd's, for music and song,
And for the four guys who together
Just seem like they belong!
Thank You for joy and excitement,
And the fun they share.
Thank You for what they give
To children everywhere.
Thank You for the talent they each possess,
And also for their wild enthusiasm,
And the way they show they care.
Thank You that they love what they do,
And that they aren't afraid to show it!
Thank You for Murray and his red guitar,
And for 'Twinkle Twinkle Little Star'.
Thank You for Anthony and his color blue,
And for fruit salad and for healthy food.
Thank You for sleepy Jeff and his purple too,
And for all the colors that we can see,
For the shades You make in every hue.
Thank you for the bright yellow,
And bless Greg now with whatever he is doing,
And bless as well his replacement Sam.
Bless Captain Feathersword too---
How could I ever forget that silly fellow?
Thank you for the people who dress up as
Henry, Dorothy, and Wags too, of course,
Thank You for roses red and the color brown.
Lord, give them all Your protection and grace,
As they travel from town to town
And from place to place.
Give them strength to just carry on.
But also give them some time for themselves,
And time to spend with family and friends.
With growing fortune and fame
I am sure there come many many snares,
But just let them know that You are there.
When they are tired and just worn out,
Remind them there's always someone who cares!
And if this very talented crew,
If every single one of them,
Dear Jesus, don't already know You,
Then that is my final part
In this very simple prayer:
That someday,
Somehow,
They do.

I am a stay-at-home mom for now, and I have a 17 year-old, an 11 year-old, and my youngest is 4 years old. I am just blessed to be able to stay at home at this time in my life, and I try to use part of my free time to try to work on my writing. I have noticed that the more involved I am in God's word, then the more creative I become with my writing, and also in other areas of my life. On the other hand, the times when I am not into God's word enough, I just get really stagnated. I really need to work on my writing more, but I find that often I get easily distracted by just all the busyness and by other things in life.
