    The brilliance of Gods artistry.

    Tug of War

Life gets rough, but in the midst of the storm, when I long to run away, God stands right beside me to reel me back to Him.

What rewards are open to us when we take a chance and choose to trust.

As long as things seem to go well we find ourselves surrounded; who will be there when things falter?

Through the blood of Jesus we are cleansed, but I still am bewildered by God's vision

    Wayward Soul

Life struggles coupled with stubornness makes understanding and excepting the free gift of grace a difficult concept

My thoughts on connecting with God.

    Ashes..

When you look back at the person you were.

Sometimes a writer wants to write but not sure what to write or what it will become.

Lord, is it too late for me?

Can I take one more look at you and see the beauty that lies beneath your built up walls and false foundations. I saw you yesterday so scared and so all alone; in a crowd but there was such lonelieness in your eyes.

WHEN NATURAL MAN SERVE AS OUR DAILY BREAD/ WE BELIEVE THAT LIFE IS FULFILLED/ LOVE WHISPERS FILLS OUR HEAD/ EMOTIONS CHANGE AND TURN LIKE A WINDMILL/ WHEN NATURAL MAN SERVE AS OUR DAILY BREAD/ WE BECOME FOOLISH AS THE BRIDE WHO FORGOT OIL AND NEVER GOT THE CHANCE TO WED/ SUDDENLY WE ARE LEFT LONELY TO SLEEP IN A COLD BED

A prose piece I first developed from a prayer time with the Lord in 2002. Looking back and reworking it, I have found it has much more meaning now than when I first put the thoughts down on paper.

    Reflections

    Do I reflect?

    Surrender

I wrote this reflecting back on a very dark time in my life. God never left me alone but relentlessly pursued me and delivered me wonderfully.

To rid the feeling That will not go away. This is a task to large For any human. Could it be that God is out there? Waiting for me to call on him?

It appears I'm all together, But if the truth is known, I don't have it all together-- At least not on my own.
